As guitarist and singer of soybomb and regular member of luce, Beda has been a striking character on the swiss Indie/Alternative-Scene since the mid 2010's. After Soybomb took an indefinite hiatus at the end of 2020, he felt the need to carve out his own musical identity, returning to his teenage roots of creating music on his laptop within the confines of his home.

The Song Stepoutsider served as the lead single for his EP-Debut Glad Day. The light-hearted track is built on a minimalist drum loop, wiry guitar, and a warm synth backdrop. Findling articulates: "A stepoutsider steps outside the maze, and over the moon he ran onto the meadow.", advocating trusting one's intuition and desires, bidding farewell to destructive self-images.
